It seems like every time I start a blog I have these great ideas and for some reason I can never keep it going. I don’t know if I get bored of it or I just feel like no one is looking at it anyway. I am way better at keeping track of YouTube and Instagram but, for some reason my blog always seems to be forgotten. Do any of you seem to have this trouble?
Need some blog inspiration or motivation maybe…
Thanks for reading my short ramble any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Today I am going to share something different with everyone. I am going to share the first layout I made with the August Hip Kit. They are a fun scrapbooking company who has a monthly kit club where you can choose different kits and add on’s to receive every month.
This is my first project life kit with the group and I most say I love it so much. I only wish there was a little more 4×6 cards but, either way I love all the 3x4s you get and all the cards are so pretty. You also get a nice amount of embellishments and letter stickers! Hip kits have always been one of my favorite groups!
So here’s my layout and there will be a process video on my YouTube channel as well for this layout! Hope you enjoy!
Hey everyone, so my last layout was of my hubby’s birthday and today we are going to share my Birthday Layout! I decided to keep the title theme the same and use my age as a title. I used things mostly from the just be you collection from echo park. I did some layering and splatter’s and kept the layout pretty simple.
The Story behind the photo, There wasn’t much of a story really, my birthday was on a Thursday this year so we just had a small family dinner at our house with my In-Laws.
I am about half way through my 1st travelers notebook and I already can’t wait to start the next one. I am just now finally feeling like I am finding my style in these book’s. I like a nice simple layout style with a little something to make it messy.. Paint, ink, etc.
Thanks Again for supporting my blog and remember you can follow me by email if you don’t have a blog site!
Hello, Today I am sharing a Birthday layout with everyone! I Decided to make a mixed media background for one side of the page and add matching colors on the other side. I got the idea while working on some art journaling projects and thought it would be cool to mix my craft hobbies together a little bit.
I used blue and green to make the page a little more masculine. I also added this happy birthday washi tape (from an art journal swap) It was perfect for the theme. The title became the age Because of my lack of letters in these colors.. Another cool idea was matching the cloud theme on both sides of the page.
A quick story about the photo, So as I said it was my hubby’s birthday, he wanted to ride dirt bike so we got a group together and went out to a local track where for a small fee you can ride all day and cook out! It was a pretty fun day and hubby had a blast with his friends.
Hope you enjoy the layout and have a great day! Happy Birthday Summer Babies!
New and Old Loves come together in this beautiful layout! I love elephants always have and always will, I been collecting elephant things for close to 15 years now! I got my first elephant for my collection when I was 11 years old and I been collecting ever since then. My Collection really started to grow in the last 5 to 6 years. These pretty TN layouts have been my new love in the crafty world absolutely love making them. So with a photo taken at a recent zoo trip (you can see more of this trip CLICK HERE) I decided to make a very meaningful layout!
Here is the layout, I will add more photo’s below. But, I just used some scrapbook paper cut down to size a little washi tape, letter stickers, some watercolor with a stencil, A project life card for journaling, A 4×6 photo and A little doodling with a pen.
Hope you all enjoy the layout and the inspiration behind the layout! I will be trying to post TN Layouts every Tuesday so follow the blog so you don’t miss any!!
Hey, I want to share my new obsession with you all! I am in love with making travelers notebook layouts, they are so much fun and I love the small size vs. a full layout. I have a process video for you if you would like to watch how I made this layout! I used scraps and stamps for the majority of the layout and it was so easy and fun! Hope you enjoy!!
Hello, Today I am going to share with everyone my trip to the Maryland Zoo, also known as the Baltimore Zoo. So any of you who know me or have been following me on social media for a while know I love Elephants! I was so excited to see 3 at the Zoo in person they are just the coolest animal ever.. I think!
Another pretty cool animal at the Zoo were the Giraffes, Its amazing just how tall they are up close and in person. We even got to see them feeding them which was pretty neat as well.
The Maryland Zoo isn’t huge but, I think its a very nice place to go! Its kid friendly they have a whole section dedicated for children with slides, animals and little fun photo opp. things like a bird nest children can sit in and a turtle shell they can crawl in! We went to the Zoo with some friends who have a 5 year old and he had a blast!
Here’s some more random animals from the zoo thanks for reading and let me know if you would like to see more of my travels in the future.
